Why do we need to do anti-corrosion work for the waste water tank? For this issue, we need to look at what kind of water the tank is filled with. Generally, non corrosive water does not need to be used for anti-corrosion, but the composition of current domestic sewage is relatively complex, so anti-corrosion work should be done.
Anticorrosion is a composite material made with synthetic resin as the binder and fiberglass products (glass cloth, glass felt) as the reinforcing material. It forms a continuous and firmly bonded insulation layer on the surface of cement or metal, thereby preventing acid and alkali corrosion and providing a certain protective effect. According to different anti-corrosion requirements, commonly used resins include epoxy resin, polyester resin, etc.
The general steps of anti-corrosion treatment for waste water tanks are as follows: 1. Before starting the anti-corrosion treatment, we need to drain the water in the tank; 2. Clean ground treatment: First, use a polishing machine to roughen the pool wall, so that the epoxy material can fully penetrate into the deep layer of the cement layer; 3. Lay the fiberglass cloth flat on top of the primer, and then apply a layer of resin on the fiberglass cloth. Apply one layer of resin on each layer of cloth, ensuring uniformity, comprehensiveness, and no bubbles; 4. After the intermediate coating resin solidifies, use a polishing machine to thoroughly grind and remove dust. Mix the proportionally prepared anti-corrosion topcoat material evenly; 5. After a certain period of time, let all the anti-corrosion paint in the pool be confirmed to be dry, check that all facilities are normal, and then inject water into the pool.
Because the Cesspit contains various impurities, acid-base substances and other sewage, and most Cesspit are reinforced concrete structures, while the reinforced concrete Cesspit is vulnerable to strong acid and strong alkali corrosion. Many people do not realize the importance of anti-corrosion treatment of the Cesspit, which leads to serious corrosion of the Cesspit wall after it is used for a period of time. The surface of the Cesspit is concave and convex, and even full of leakage points, directly affecting normal production. Therefore, the anti-corrosion treatment of wastewater tanks is particularly important.
