Similarly, corrosion problem is also a difficult problem that flue and chimney face and must be solved during use. In solving flue anti-corrosion, anti-corrosion materials are particularly important. Currently, there are four types of flue anti-corrosion materials mainly used in China
1. Flue anti-corrosion material - fiberglass material
Due to the chemical corrosion of fiberglass and its lower cost compared to high nickel alloys, many wet separation system devices have achieved significant results in using fiberglass materials for corrosion prevention. According to foreign data, fiberglass materials have been successfully applied in the field of wet desulfurization systems: absorption tower body, lime dissolution tank, liquid collector, mist eliminator, slurry conveying pipeline, flue, chimney
Due to the smooth inner surface of fiberglass material, which is not easy to accumulate dirt, and is wear-resistant and acid resistant, it usually has good results in areas with high flow rates and particle concentrations
2. Smoke duct anti-corrosion material - rubber material
Silicone rubber and polyurea are common products in our domestic market. However, this product does not have high temperature resistance, but has significant advantages in water and acid resistance
3. Smoke duct anti-corrosion material - glass phosphorus sheet material
As the main filling material of glass flakes is SiO2, its temperature resistance and acid resistance are very good. foam glass bricks and glass flakes are also common in the market
4. Smoke duct anti-corrosion material - acid resistant adhesive material
The above four materials are currently common and widely used in flue anti-corrosion applications.
